Top of the morning; This expression gave birth to know every day we can start over, when ever you are ready for a change.
Hello, my name is John (Jack) Necroto. I am grateful for the opportunity to offer Psychotherapy in the Spring Branch, Memorial and surrounding Houston communities. For the past nine years I responded to the calling of helping patients-clients and their families to transform their lives in a safe therapeutic environment with proven outcomes. If you struggle with the ongoing state of hopelessness and you are looking for a gentle holistic direction and guidance to create a life with a sense of hope, to bring light and color into your day. The opportunity to empower yourself to find a freedom from the pain of PTSD; Trauma: if you are Veteran, a First Responder, or someone who has history of abuse; or if you experience Depression: a dark sense of sadness and hopelessness; the endless Anxiety: the fear of the unknown; the misery be trapped, Substance Use Disorder: the slave to your habit; the roller coaster of elevated emotions and logic, Personality Dys-regulation, being abandoned and rejected; the loss of People or Places, Grief. the empty feeling of being alone. My practice integrates multi-disciplines-modalities: Prolong Exposure, DBT, CBT,Mindfulness, Behavior Activation, Motivation Interviewing, and Core Value client-therapist relationship to meet your specific needs.
The origin of Top of the morning began in the Operating Rooms of Medical Center off Holcomb Boulevard in Houston Texas in the 1990s'. I was looking to break away from the traditional greeting in the morning responding with feelings of 'good', 'fine and 'okay'. Some twelve years later from the Operating Room to High School Classroom while standing outside the classroom between classes students heads would rise with a smile when greeted expression, 'Top of the Morning'. In that moment the students had a sense of hope. From the classroom to the Therapy Process Groups; One on One session, Top of the morning greets you with a sense there is hope. If you are looking for a ray of hope, to break away from the heaviness you carry on your back, and are looking for sense of a new beginning; using a holistic, mind, body and spirit approach. You are invited to Top of the Morning-Therapy, the opportunity to bring sunshine, a rainbow of a new day, a new beginning to the first day of the rest of your life.
